An incorrect shipping address will result in a fee of $15. This $10 fee shall be paid to www.irishmusical.com , to pay FedEx, Or UPS the incorrect shipping address fee.
An incorrect billing address will result in a fee of $15. This $10 fee shall be paid to www.irishmusical.com , to pay our merchant account for a no match with the credit card billing address.
An address correction will result in a fee of $15. This $15 fee shall be paid to www.irishmusical.com , to pay FedEx, Or UPS the incorrect shipping address fee.
An incorrect shipping charge by our online system. If our online system provides an incorrect shipping charge the correct shipping charges will be charged to the customer to pay for the shipping of the supplies the customer has purchased.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Customer pays return shipping charges.
The Customer is responsible for paying the return or exchange shipment fee’s of any item they would like to return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing fault, in which case www.irishmusical.com will pay the return or exchange fee’s. A 5% restocking fee will charged for any return item by the customer, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
