RETURN exchange

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Customer pays return shipping charges.

Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge. will replace incorrect items. will pay returned and second shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any item. Customer pays shipping charges.

Return For Credit: Returned item must be shipped via UPS prepaid or via postal priority mail to within 30 days of original customer shipment date. Returned items must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Customer pays 5% restocking fee. Credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card only.

Closeouts: No refunds on closeout items. Exchanges subject to availability. Customer pays shipping charges

promotions & discounts: we don’t offer any discount o n previous purchases, all the promotions are valid for 30days only, we send them by mail and after getting the promotion codes, we offer them then , normally one promotion can be used for one time only, unless sales person authorize that again in that period of time. we don’t offer combine discounts. online discounts are valid for online customers only.

pvt label orders: (NO REFUND) we don’t offer  return or exchange, or refund on any Pvt label or special orders, which we import specially for you from overseas,  unless there is a major manufacturing fault in the products quality. (if any manufacturing fault issue found we will replace the item with correct manufacturing as per customer requirement. we get all the pvt label products get approved from customer, by the time they place an order. customers can’t change their mind ,once they give us the art work, we just follow up what they provide us. all the terms and condition such as logo setup charges, label surcharges, turn around ,prices etc can only be finalized by the time customer place an order.

Free Samples
we don’t offer any free samples to any new customer. All new customer who wants to check our quality products must buy the samples from us, with any reason if customer don’t like our products they can return or exchange the samples within 30 days, we will not charge 5% restocking fees to them and plus there shipping charges will also return to them.  if you are going to buy in bulk quantity and purchased the samples from us, once you place the order in bulk volume we will return samples cost plus the shipping charges to you.

Caution: it’s the responsibility of the buyer and not Irish Musical Co to Ascertain and obey all local laws applicable to the self defense items, weapons, sword and security devices purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain and obey, all applicable local, state and federal laws (the laws in you country if you are out side of the us) in regard to the possession, and use of any item from our catalogue. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt, the buyer Represent that the products ordered will be used in lawful manner and that He/She is of legal age to purchase these products. You are always welcome to return or exchange for free in Irish Musical Company store in the US, You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. We offer exchanges and refunds on Scottish Wear, Like Kilts Brooch, Buckle, products with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Returns of sale items purchased via online cannot be returned in our store and must be returned by mail only.  We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your transaction to process.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please note: Irish Musical Company items purchased online, as well as incorrect orders, such as damaged, missing or incorrect items, cannot be returned in our stores and must be returned by mail. Woodwind items hygienic reasons and we cannot offer refunds on useable if the hygienic seal is not in place or has been broken.

Conditions for Returns

    1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
    2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, and accessories.
    3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Irish Musical packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

Note: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.


To return items via USPS, use the self-adhesive return label included in your parcel.  The return shipping fee of $ will automatically be deducted from your refund, the return shipping fee will be charged.

If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our store. Irish Musical Company is not responsible for any packages sent with a return label not provided by Irish Musical Company. Irish Musical Company does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please note: Without a receipt, we offer an in-store exchange only at the current selling price. Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value. You cannot exchange items online. If you prefer items in another color, or size, just return the items you don’t like and place a new order on

Return Instructions:

1. Fill out the Return Form using the code that best explains your reason for returning.

2. Tear off the Return Form and place this together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.

3. Attach the self-adhesive return label, which will be included with your order, and take the parcel to any USPS Mailbox or Post Office of your choice.
