STANDARD SHIPPING TO THE U.S.
Woldorf USA Inc (DBA) Irish Musical Co reserves the right to charge customers extra for the following reasons:An incorrect shipping address will result in a fee of $15. This $15 fee shall be paid to Woldorf USA to pay FedEx, Or UPS the incorrect shipping address fee.
An incorrect billing address will result in a fee of $10. This $10 fee shall be paid to Woldorf USA to pay our merchant account for a no match with the credit card billing address.
An address correction will result in a fee of $15. This $15 fee shall be paid to Woldorf USA to pay FedEx, Or UPS the incorrect shipping address fee.
An incorrect shipping charge by our online system. If our online system provides an incorrect shipping charge the correct shipping charges will be charged to the customer to pay for the shipping of the supplies the customer has purchased.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Customer pays return shipping charges.
The Customer is responsible for paying the return or exchange shipment fee’s of any item they would like to return or exchange, unless their is a manufacturing fault, in which case Woldorf USA will pay the return or exchange fee’s. A 5% restocking fee will charged for any return item by the customer, unless their is a manufacturing fault.
1. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands ,Canadian or all other Foreign country orders apply additional shipping charges. Please call to get a quotation.2. All international Orders must be additional shipping as per your location, please call us or email us for Quote.

7. All of our orders are fully insured till your door, you can file a claim, if any item is damage or missing.
8. We also deliver orders on COD basis (Cashier check or money order only) only for wholesale orders (Returning customers)
9. We can also drop ship any order for you. Any order for drop ship will apply $10.00 additional handling charge (this option is only for wholesalers)
10. We also ship to military addresses APO, AFO, etc., however your order will be placed on hold in order to quote accurate shipping costs. please note deliveries time will be APO, FPO, AFO addresses can take up to 15 to 20 business days.

12. we normally ship by UPS, FEDEX & (USPS) for PO Box addresses.

Currently, we are offering standard free shipping everyday on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout*. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
